Cycled Plastics sets up strategic, long term alliances with our suppliers allowing us to pre-market the reprocessed products we remanufacture. We perform waste audits for all of our customers and mold a working relationship into a partnership that yields the highest possible return for our customers.
Cycled Plastics specializes in the recycling of foam packaging plastics such as: EPS Foam, PP Foam, PE Foam and PUR Foam. In many cases, we provide on-site equipment at no cost, that will help to free up space in your facility and increase the value of your scrap.

We mold collection programs to fit our suppliers' needs, not our needs. By accepting a large variety of plastics, in many forms, we have become a "one stop shopping" solution for several Fortune 100 companies across the United States and Mexico. We work with municipalities to help divert the maximum amount of plastic waste from ever reaching area landfills.
We design and manufacture some of our own processing equipment in-house. This allows us to accept many hard-to-recycle plastics such as EPS (Styrofoam), EPP (expanded polypropylene) and LDPE foam sheets.
Toll Processing: From parts to pellets, Cycled Plastics can shred, grind, wash and repelletize your scrap back into a clean, consistent raw material supply. Our toll service pricing is extremely competitive and we typically process scrap within 24 hours of receipt.
Waste Audits: Cycled Plastics will perform a waste audit of your facility and determine the cost savings and advantages your company will gain. Depending on your needs, we have the ability to provide trailer staging, on-site processing equipment, and other services catered to your specific situation. Monthly receiving reports are always provided electronically or via US mail.
Public Drop Off Site: Cycled Plastics maintains a public drop point at it's facility in Austin. The following items are accepted Monday through Friday, 7am - 5pm. (click here for a map)
Packaging Foams free of dirt or food contamination (EPS #6, PP #5, LDPE #4)
#2 HDPE curbside bottles that have been rinsed with caps removed
#1 PET curbside bottles that have been rinsed with the caps removed
#2 HDPE flower pots that have been lightly washed to remove most of the dirt
#4 LDPE bags that have had no food contact and have no paper contamination (labels, stickers)
Purchasing from Municipalities: Cycled Plastics currently purchases curbside plastics from several municipalities around the world. The recyclable plastics are washed and repelletized to produce a clean feedstock for manufacturers.
