Cycled Plastics was established in 2001 and is backed by over 80 combined years of experience in the plastics industry. The success of the company has been built on recognizing and fulfilling each customer's specific needs.  The company's sole processing facility is located in Austin, Texas.  We currently process over 2 million pounds of recyclable plastic each month.  As of the 1st quarter of 2007, another 1 million pounds of monthly capacity will be added to our facility utilizing a two shift per day, six day per week production schedule.  

Cycled Plastics seeks plastics of all types and grades so that a comprehensive plastic recycling collection program can be offered to suppliers.  The output of this facility is marketed in baled form, "regrind" flakes, and "reprocessed" pellets.  

Cycled Plastics services the following industries: high technology, semi conductor, computer and electronics, plastic manufacturing, construction, household products, and municipalities.  

Cycled Plastics most recently introduced a foam processing machine called the Foampaktor to the marketplace.  The Foampaktor is a foam densification machine that has been developed to be placed on site at a supplier's facility.  The equipment requires only 400 square feet of working space and is significantly more energy efficient than most of the foam densifiers offered in the marketplace today.  The most important attribute of the Foampaktor is that is reduces volume by as much as a 30:1 ratio.  This significant reduction in volume saves freight costs and freight fuel, thereby allowing us to purchase the processed foam from our suppliers.
